When you use the GreenThumboyz store, we may collect the following information: your access code usage, IP address (for anti-sharing detection), email address (if you subscribe to our newsletter or submit a contact form), and order details when payment is available.
We use your information to validate access codes and prevent unauthorized sharing, fulfill orders, respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form, and send newsletter updates if you opted in.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. We do not use tracking pixels or third-party advertising. We do not store access codes in plain text - only cryptographic hashes.
We use local storage and cookies to maintain your access session (7-day persistence), remember your theme preference (dark/light), and store your shopping cart contents. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not use client-side state (cookies or localStorage) for analytics purposes. No personal data is collected by the analytics system.
Access codes are stored as SHA-256 hashes. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS through Cloudflare. The admin dashboard is protected by Cloudflare Access.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time.
