How do I get an access code?
Access codes are distributed directly by GreenThumboyz. Follow us on Instagram @greenthumboyzco or ask someone who already has a code. Codes are personal and non-transferable.
Can I share my access code?
Codes are meant for individual use. We track usage to keep the community tight. Codes that show signs of widespread sharing may be deactivated without notice.
My code isn't working. What should I do?
Double check that you're entering the code exactly as it was given to you, including the GTB- prefix. If it still doesn't work, your code may have been deactivated. Reach out to us on Instagram or through the contact page for help.
Products
Are your products legal?
Yes. All GreenThumboyz products are legal hemp products in compliance with Texas state law and federal regulations.
Do you offer bulk pricing on pre-rolls?
Yes. Pre-rolls are $30 each, or $25 each when you buy 6 or more. The discount applies automatically in your cart and works across any mix of pre-roll strains.
What flower sizes are available?
Chicken and Waffles flower is available in 7g ($70), 14g ($140), and 28g ($280). All jars are hand-trimmed and slow-cured.
What are clones?
Clones are live rooted cuttings from our mother plants. They're ready to transplant and grow. The strain menu rotates, so check the product page or message us for current availability.

How long does shipping take?
Merch orders typically ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days via USPS or UPS. You'll receive tracking info once your order ships. Hemp products are handled separately. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We're working on adding free shipping thresholds. Follow us on Instagram for updates.
Do you ship outside of Texas?
Merch ships nationwide. Hemp products are currently available for Texas customers only, in compliance with state regulations.Merch ships nationwide.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Hemp products are final sale and cannot be returned due to the nature of the product. Merch can be exchanged within 10 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. What if my order arrives damaged?
Reach out through the contact page or DM us on Instagram within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
